Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Hugh K. O’Connell, de la ville de Pickering dans la province d’Ontario, un avocat, soit nommé juge de la Cour supérieure de justice de l’Ontario, et juge d’office de la Cour d’appel de l’Ontario, à compter du 29 juin 2009.

The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that
Hugh K. O’Connell, of the City of Pickering in the Province of Ontario, Barrister-at-law, be appointed a Judge of the Superior Court of Justice in and for the Province of Ontario, and a Judge ex officio of the Court of Appeal for Ontario, effective June 29, 2009.
