   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, after consultation with the board of directors of the First Nations Statistical Institute, pursuant to section 134 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby appoints the Auditor General of Canada as auditor of the First Nations Statistical Institute for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien, après consultation du conseil d’administration de l’Institut de la statistique des Premières nations et en vertu de l’article 134 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme le vérificateur général du Canada, vérificateur de l’Institut de la statistique des Premières nations pour l’exercice se terminant le 31 mars 2009.
