   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to sections 96 and 100 of the First Nations Fiscal and Statistical Management Act, hereby reappoints Nancy Averill of Ottawa, Ontario, as a director of the board of directors of the First Nations Statistical Institute to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective August 1, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires indiennes et du Nord canadien et en vertu des articles 96 et 100 de la Loi sur la gestion financière et statistique des premières nations, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Nancy Averill, d’Ottawa (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d’administration de l’Institut de la statistique des premières nations à titre amovible, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 1^er août 2009.
