   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 26(1) of the Citizenship Act, hereby appoints Aris Babikian of Scarborough, Ontario, to be a citizenship judge for a term of three years on a full-time basis.
