   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 3 of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act, hereby appoints Stephen A. Leach of Toronto, Ontario, to be a permanent member of the Canadian International Trade Tribunal to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years, effective July 20, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu de l’article 3 de la Loi sur le Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Stephen A. Leach, de Toronto (Ontario), titulaire du Tribunal canadien du commerce extérieur, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 20 juillet 2009.
