   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development and pursuant to section 9 of the Canada Employment Insurance Financing Board Act, hereby appoints Janet Kwok-Ling Pau of Vancouver, British Columbia, to be a director of the board of directors of the Canada Employment Insurance Financing Board to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.
