   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to section 9 of the Canada Employment Insurance Financing Board Act, hereby appoints Elaine Rochelle Noel-Bentley of Calgary, Alberta, to be a director of the board of directors of the Canada Employment Insurance Financing Board to hold office during good behaviour for a term of three years.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu de l’article 9 de la Loi sur l’Office de financement de l’assurance-emploi du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Elaine Rochelle Noel-Bentley, de Calgary (Alberta), administrateur du conseil d’administration de l’Office de financement de l’assurance-emploi du Canada, à titre inamovible pour un mandat de trois ans.
