   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, after consultation with the Board of Directors of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada and pursuant to paragraph 9(a) and sections 11 and 12 of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada Act, hereby re-appoints John H. McArthur of Wayland, Massachusetts, United States of America, as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Asia-Pacific Foundation of Canada to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective September 5, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, après consultation auprès du conseil d’administration de la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada et en vertu de l’alinéa 9a) et des articles 11 et 12 de la Loi sur la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de John H. McArthur, de Wayland, Massachusetts (États-Unis d’Amérique), président du conseil d’administration de la Fondation Asie-Pacifique du Canada à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 5 septembre 2009.
