   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the re-appointment by the Minister of Transport of Donald Mutch of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, as a director of the Board of Directors of VIA Rail Canada Inc. to hold office during pleasure for a term of three years, effective August 1, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le renouvellement du mandat par le ministre des Transports de Donald Mutch, de Niagara-on-the-Lake (Ontario), administrateur du conseil d'administration de VIA Rail Canada Inc. à titre amovible pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 1^er août 2009.
