Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs

(a) to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Acts of the 21^st Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Sarah Fountain Smith, Ambassador of Canada to the Republic of Chile, or Marianick Tremblay, Counsellor at the Embassy of Canada to the Republic of Chile, or Gerard Power, Vice President, International, Canada Post Corporation, or Eleonora Dufault, Manager, International Business Development, Canada Post Corporation, to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Acts of the 21^st Congress of the Postal Union of the Americas, Spain and Portugal.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, les Actes du 21^e Congrès de l’Union postale des Amériques, de l’Espagne et du Portugal;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Sarah Fountain Smith, ambassadeur du Canada auprès de la République du Chili, ou Marianick Trembley, conseiller à l’ambassade du Canada auprès de la République du Chili, ou Gerard Power, vice-président, Relations internationales, Société canadienne des postes, ou Eleonora Dufault, gestionnaire, Développement du commerce international, Société canadienne des postes, à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, les Actes du 21^e Congrès de l’Union postale des Amériques, de l’Espagne et du Portugal.
