Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to section 41 of the Yukon Act, hereby appoints the following persons, each of whom is or has been a judge of a superior, district or county court of a province to be deputy judges of the Supreme Court of Yukon, who shall hold office during good behaviour until attaining the age of seventy-five years:

(a) Honourable Geoffrey Gaul;

(b) Honourable Joel Groves;

(c) Honourable Chris Hinkson;

(d) Honourable Mary Humphries;

(e) Honourable Stephen Kelleher;

(f) Honourable Sunni Stromberg-Stein;

(g) Honourable Barry Davies;

(h) Honourable Andrea Moen;

(i) Honourable John Gill;

(j) Honourable Adam Germain;

(k) Honourable Marsha Erb;

(l) Honourable Sheilah Martin;

(m) Honourable Rosemary Nation;

(n) Honourable Jacelyn Ryan-Froslie;

(o) Honourable Brenda Keyser;

(q) Honourable Stephen Goudge;

 Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice et en vertu de l’article 41 de la Loi sur le Yukon, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme les personnes ci-après, chacune étant ou ayant été juge d’une cour supérieure, de district ou de comté d’une province juges adjoints de la Cour suprême du Yukon, à titre inamovible, jusqu’à l’âge de soixante-quinze ans :
