Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Industry, pursuant to section 112 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, hereby approves the entry by the National Research Council Canada into a collective agreement with the Research Council Employees’ Association that covers all employees in the Technical Category Bargaining Unit, which agreement is for the period commencing on April 1, 2007 and ending on March 31, 2011 and is on the same terms and conditions as the previous collective agreement except for the changes set out in the annexed summary of changes.

Sur recommandation du ministre de l’Industrie et en vertu de l’article 112 de la Loi sur les relations de travail dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la conclusion, par le Conseil national de recherches Canada avec l’Association des employés du Conseil de recherches, d’une convention collective visant tous les employés de l’unité de négociation de la catégorie technique, laquelle convention couvre la période allant du 1^er avril 2007 au 31 mars 2011 et contient les mêmes dispositions que la convention collective précédente à l’exclusion des changements précisés dans le résumé des changements ci-joint.
