Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to subsection 259(1) of the Budget Implementation Act, 2009, chapter 2 of the Statutes of Canada, 2009, hereby fixes July 1, 2009 as the day on which sections 233, 234 and 236 to 244, subsections 245(1) to (6), sections 246 to 253, 255 and 256, subsection 257(2) and section 258 of that Act come into force.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et en vertu du paragraphe 259(1) de la Loi d’exécution du budget de 2009, chapitre 2 des Lois du Canada (2009), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe au 1^er juillet 2009 la date d’entrée en vigueur des articles 233, 234 et 236 à 244, des paragraphes 245(1) à (6), des articles 246 à 253, 255 et 256, du paragraphe 257(2) et de l’article 258 de cette loi.
