    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 159(2) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby fixes the remuneration of Georges Nahas, a full-time member of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office), for the period he is acting as Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office), at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 4 ($114,100 - $134,200), commencing on January 5, 2009 and until such time as a new Assistant Deputy Chairperson of the Immigration and Refugee Board (Montréal Regional Office) is appointed.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 159(2) de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe le traitement de Georges Nahas, membre à temps plein de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal), pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de vice-président adjoint de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal), conformément à l ~ annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l ~ échelle GCQ 4 (114 100 $ - 134 200 $), commençant le 5 janvier 2009 et se terminant à la date de nomination d’un nouveau vice-président adjoint de la Commission de l’immigration et du statut de réfugié (Bureau régional de Montréal).
