    Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable Beverley A. Browne, juge principale de la Cour de justice du Nunavut, soit nommée juge de la Cour du Banc de la Reine de l’Alberta, et membre d'office de la Cour d’appel de l’Alberta, à compter du 1^er octobre 2009.

   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that the Honourable Beverley A. Browne, Senior Judge of the Nunavut Court of Justice, be appointed a Justice of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta, and a member ex officio of the Court of Appeal of Alberta, effective October 1, 2009.
