Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 15(1)(b) of the National Capital Act, hereby approves that the National Capital Commission grant, on terms satisfactory to the National Capital Commission, a ten-year extension, starting June 1, 2011 and including a five-year renewal option starting June 1, 2021, of the existing five-year lease with Ritchie Feed and Seed Inc. for parts of the premises located at 1740 Woodroffe Avenue, Building 1101 in Ottawa, the legal description of which is set out in the annexed Schedule 2.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’alinéa 15(1)b) de la Loi sur la capitale nationale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve l’octroi par la Commission de la capitale nationale, aux conditions que celle-ci juge satisfaisantes, d’une option de renouvellement de dix ans, commençant le 1^er juin 2011 et comprenant une option de renouvellement de cinq ans commençant le 1^er juin 2021, du bail de cinq ans existant avec Ritchie Feed and Seed Inc. visant des parties du bien-fonds situé au 1740, avenue Woodroffe (bâtiment 1101) à Ottawa, dont la description officielle figure à l’annexe 2 ci-jointe.
