Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the 2009-2013 corporate plan of VIA Rail Canada Inc. for a period of one year beginning on January 1, 2009 and ending on December 31, 2009.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise 2009-2013 de VIA Rail Canada Inc. pour une période d’un an commençant le 1^er janvier 2009 et se terminant le 31 décembre 2009.
