                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2003-8, hereby appoints Nawal Kamel to be Special Advisor to the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, to hold office during pleasure, effective June 23, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2003-8 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Nawal Kamel au poste de conseiller spécial auprès du sous-ministre des Ressources naturelles, à titre amovible, à compter du 23 juin 2003.
