Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, pursuant to subsection 5(1), sections 14 and 43, subsection 88(2) and sections 89 and 201 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (Miscellaneous Program).

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et en vertu du paragraphe 5(1), des articles 14 et 43, du paragraphe 88(2) et des articles 89 et 201 de la Loi sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Règlement correctif visant le Règlement sur l’immigration et la protection des réfugiés, ci-après.
