 Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Transport of Elliott Clinton Eric Hames of Chilliwack, British Columbia, as a director of Canada Lands Company Limited to hold office during pleasure for a term of four years, in the place of Ernest Yee.

  Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’article 105 de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la nomination par le ministre des Transports de Elliott Clinton Eric Hames, de Chilliwack (Colombie-Britannique), administrateur de la Société immobilière du Canada Limitée, à titre amovible, pour un mandat de quatre ans, en remplacement de Ernest Yee.
