Whereas, pursuant to Order in Council P.C. 2009-0658 of April 29, 2009, the Governor in Council approved the amendment to corporate plan of the Canada Development Investment Corporation for the 2009 to 2013 planning period;

And whereas the Canada Development Investment Corporation has made an amendment to its corporate plan and has submitted that amendment to the Minister of Finance for the approval of the Governor in Council on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the second amendment to the corporate plan of the Canada Development Investment Corporation for the 2009 to 2013 planning period.

Attendu que, en vertu du décret C.P. 2009-0658 du 29 avril 2009, la gouverneure en conseil a approuvé la modification du plan d’entreprise de la Corporation d’investissements au développement du Canada pour la période de planification allant de 2009 à 2013;

Attendu que la Corporation d’investissements au développement du Canada a apporté une modification à son plan d’entreprise et a soumis cette modification au ministre des Finances pour qu’il en recommande l’approbation au gouverneur en conseil;

À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu des paragraphes 122(1) et (6) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve la deuxième modification du plan d’entreprise de la Corporation d’investissements au développement du Canada pour la période de planification allant de 2009 à 2013.
