    Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 125 of the Public Service Employment Act, hereby appoints Wayne Wouters of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Clerk of the Privy Council and Secretary to the Cabinet, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his remuneration as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range ($255,300 - $300,400), effective July 1, 2009.

    Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l’article 125 de la Loi sur l’emploi dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Wayne Wouters, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de greffier du Conseil privé et secrétaire du Cabinet, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (255 300 $ - 300 400 $), à compter du 1^er juillet 2009.
