   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food, pursuant to sections 4.1 and 7.1 of the Canada Agricultural Products Act, hereby appoints Donald Buckingham of Ottawa, Ontario, to be a full-time member and Chairperson of the Review Tribunal, to hold office during good behaviour, for a term of five years, and fixes his salary and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which salary is within the range GCQ 5 ($131,200 - $154,400), effective July 1, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre de l'Agriculture et de l'Agroalimentaire et en vertu des articles 4.1 et 7.1 de la Loi sur les produits agricoles au Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Donald Buckingham, d’Ottawa (Ontario), membre à temps plein et président de la Commission de révision, à titre inamovible, pour un mandat de cinq ans, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 5 (131 200 $ - 154 400 $), à compter du 1^er juillet 2009.
