   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance, pursuant to section 105 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the appointment by the Minister of Finance of Carol D. Pennycook of Toronto, Ontario, to be a director of the Board of Directors of PPP Canada Inc., to hold office during pleasure for a term of two years.
