   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsections 14(2) and (3) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby reappoints Al Santing of Windsor, Ontario, as a director of the Windsor Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective June 27, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) et des paragraphes 14(2) et (3) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Al Santing, de Windsor (Ontario), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Windsor, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 27 juin 2009.
