   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, pursuant to Vote No.1 (Foreign Affairs and International Trade) of Appropriation Act No. 2, 2008-2009, hereby:

 (a) appoints Mark Rowswell as Commissioner General for Canada at Shanghai Expo 2010; and

 (b) fixes his remuneration and other employment conditions as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is comprised of a per diem within the range GC 7 ($920 - $1,085);

for a term ending November 15, 2010.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères et en vertu du crédit n^o 1 (Affaires étrangères et Commerce international) de la Loi de crédits n^o 2 pour 2008-2009, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

  a) nomme Mark Rowswell en qualité de commissaire général du Canada à l’Expo 2010 à Shanghai;

 b) fixe sa rémunération et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier se situant dans l’échelle GC 7 (920 $ - 1 085 $);

pour un mandat se terminant le 15 novembre 2010.
