Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to adhere, on behalf of the Government of Canada, to the Convention between the United States of America and the Republic of Costa Rica for the Establishment of an Inter-American Tropical Tuna Commission, done at Washington on May 31, 1949.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires en vue d’adhérer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, à la Convention entre les États-Unis d’Amérique et la République du Costa Rica relative à la création d’une commission interaméricaine du thon tropical, faite à Washington le 31 mai 1949.
