Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the actions necessary to approve, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Protocol of Amendments to the Convention on the International Hydrographic Organization.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires pour approuver, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, le Protocole visant à modifier la Convention relative à l’Organisation hydrographique internationale.
