   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 8(4) of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board Act, hereby fixes the remuneration of James MacPhee, a permanent member and Deputy Chairperson of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board, for the period he is acting as Chairperson of the Veterans Review and Appeal Board, at the rate set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration is within the range GCQ 6 ($160,600 - $188,900), from January 1, 2009 to April 26, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du paragraphe 8(4) de la Loi sur le Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération de James MacPhee, membre titulaire et vice-président du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), pour la période pendant laquelle il agit à titre de président du Tribunal des anciens combattants (révision et appel), conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération se situe dans l’échelle GCQ 6 (160 600 $ - 188 900 $), du 1^er janvier 2009 au 26 avril 2009.
