Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Finance and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsections 122(1) and (6) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the amendments to the corporate plan of the Canada Development Investment Corporation for the 2009 to 2013 planning period.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Finances et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu des paragraphes 122(1) et (6) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve les modifications du plan d’entreprise de la Corporation de développement des investissements du Canada pour la période de planification allant de 2009 à 2013.
