    Sur recommandation du ministre de la Justice, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que Charles W. White, de la ville de St. John’s dans la province de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, l’un des conseillers juridiques de Sa Majesté, soit nommé juge d’appel de la Cour d’appel de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, et membre d’office de la Division de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador.

   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, advises that Charles W. White, of the City of St. John’s, in the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, one of Her Majesty’s Counsel learned in the law, be appointed a Judge of Appeal of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a member ex officio of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
