    Sur recommandation du premier ministre, le Comité du Conseil privé recommande que l’honorable David B. Orsborn, juge de la Division de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, soit nommé juge en chef de la Division de première instance de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, et membre d’office de la Cour d’appel de la Cour suprême de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador.

   The Committee of the Privy Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, advises that the Honourable David B. Orsborn, a Judge of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, be appointed Chief Justice of the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, and a member ex officio of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.
