   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the

recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to subsection 108(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby fixes the   remuneration of the chairperson and the directors of PPP Canada Inc. as set out in the annexed schedule, which remuneration consists of a per diem rate within the range ($360 - $420) and an annual retainer within the range ($9,200 - $10,800) for the chairperson and within the range ($4,600 - $5,400) for the directors, effective January 1, 2009.

Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du

paragraphe 108(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil fixe la rémunération du président et des administrateurs de PPP Canada Inc., conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, laquelle rémunération est composée d’un taux journalier dans l’échelle (360 $ - 420 $) et d’honoraires annuels dans l’échelle (9 200 $ - 10 800 $) pour le président, et dans l’échelle (4 600 $ - 5 400 $) pour les administrateurs, à compter du 1 ^er janvier 2009.
