   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, pursuant to subsection 111(2) of the Employment Insurance Act, hereby reappoints Roy Grant Smith of Richmond, British Columbia, to be Chairperson of the Boards of Referees for the British Columbia Regional Division, and particularly for the District of Lower Mainland, for a term of three years, effective June 27, 2009.

   Sur recommandation de la ministre des Ressources humaines et du Développement des compétences et en vertu du paragraphe 111(2) de la Loi sur l’assurance-emploi, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil renouvelle le mandat de Roy Grant Smith, de Richmond (Colombie-Britannique), président des conseils arbitraux de la division régionale de la Colombie-Britannique, et en particulier pour le district de Lower Mainland, pour une période de trois ans, à compter du 27 juin 2009.
