                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2003-6, hereby appoints Jocelyne Bourgon of Ottawa, Ontario, to be Special Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes her salary and other employment conditions as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($197,200 - $232,000), effective June 16, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n° 2003-6 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jocelyne Bourgon, d’Ottawa (Ontario), au poste de conseiller spécial auprès du ministre des Affaires étrangères, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement et autres conditions d’emploi conformément à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (197 200 $ - 232 000 $), à compter du 16 juin 2003.
