Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to section 48 of the Canada Transportation Act, hereby

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 2008-239 of February 7, 2008; and

(b) approves that the Minister of Transport enter into contribution agreements, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the annexed schedule, for a total amount not to exceed $2.120 billion, for infrastructure and non-infrastructure initiatives under the Gateways and Border Crossings Fund.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu de l’article 48 de la Loi sur les transports au Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil :

a) abroge le décret C.P. 2008-239 du 7 février 2008;

b) donne son agrément à la conclusion par le ministre des Transports d’accords de contribution, conformément aux conditions précisées à l’annexe ci-jointe, d’une somme totale ne dépassant pas 2,120 milliards de dollars, pour des projets d’infrastructure et des initiatives connexes dans le cadre du Fonds pour les portes d’entrée et les passages frontaliers.
