                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the Special Appointment Regulations, No. 2003-5, hereby appoints Mario Dion of Gatineau, Quebec, to be Executive Director and Deputy Head, Office of Indian Residential Schools Resolution of Canada, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary as set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($176,000 - $207,100), effective April 22, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu du Règlement n^o 2003-5 portant affectation spéciale, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Mario Dion, de Gatineau (Québec), au poste de directeur exécutif et administrateur général, Bureau du Canada sur le règlement des questions des pensionnats autochtones, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement conformément à l’annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l’échelle (176 000 $ - 207 100 $), à compter du 22 avril 2003.
