Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Convention between Canada and the Hellenic Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing James Fox, Assistant Deputy Minister, Europe, Middle East, Maghreb and Chief Political Economic Officer, Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, to sign, on behalf of Canada, subject to ratification, the Convention between Canada and the Hellenic Republic for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income and on Capital.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, la Convention entre le Canada et la République hellénique en vue d’éviter les doubles impositions et de prévenir l’évasion fiscale en matière d’impôts sur le revenu et sur la fortune;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant James Fox, sous-ministre adjoint, Europe, Moyen-Orient et Maghreb et agent principal politique et économique, ministère des Affaires étrangères et du Commerce international, à signer, au nom du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, la Convention entre le Canada et la République hellénique en vue d’éviter les doubles impositions et de prévenir l’évasion fiscale en matière d’impôts sur le revenu et sur la fortune.
