Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Treaty Land Entitlement (Manitoba) Remission Order.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, prend le Décret modifiant le Décret de remise visant les droits fonciers issus de traités (Manitoba), ci-après.
