Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport and the Treasury Board, pursuant to subsection 122(1) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby approves the corporate plan of the Old Port of Montréal Corporation Inc. for the planning period commencing on April 1, 2009 and ending on March 31, 2014.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et du Conseil du Trésor et en vertu du paragraphe 122(1) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil approuve le plan d’entreprise de la Société du Vieux-Port de Montréal inc. pour la période de planification commençant le 1^er avril 2009 et se terminant le 31 mars 2014.
