                     Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 3 of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Act, hereby appoints Larry Murray of Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, to be Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, to hold office during pleasure, and fixes his salary at the rate set out in the schedule hereto, which salary is within the range ($176,000 - $207,100), effective April 22, 2003.

                     Sur recommandation du premier ministre et en vertu de l'article 3 de la Loi sur le ministère des Pêches et des Océans, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Larry Murray, de Charlottetown (Île-du-Prince-Édouard), au poste de sous-ministre des Pêches et des Océans, à titre amovible, et fixe son traitement au taux spécifié à l'annexe ci-jointe, lequel traitement se situe dans l'échelle (176 000 $ - 207 100 $), à compter du 22 avril 2003.
