Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources, pursuant to section 112 of the Public Service Labour Relations Act, hereby approves the entry by the National Energy Board into a collective agreement with the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada in respect of its employees represented by that bargaining agent, which agreement is from July 1, 2007 to October 31, 2011 and is on the same terms and conditions as the previous collective agreement, except for the changes summarized in the attached schedule.

Sur recommandation de la ministre des Ressources naturelles, et en vertu de l’article 112 de la Loi sur les relations de travail dans la fonction publique, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, agrée la conclusion par l’Office national de l’énergie avec l’Institut professionnel de la fonction publique du Canada d’une convention collective visant ses employés représentés par cet agent négociateur, laquelle convention couvre la période allant du 1^er juillet 2007 au 31 octobre 2011 et contient les mêmes dispositions que la convention collective précédente, sous réserve des changements résumés a l’annexe ci-jointe.
