Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, subject to ratification, the Exchange of Letters constituting an Agreement between the Government of Canada, the Government of the United Mexican States and the Government of the United States of America rectifying Annex 300-B, Annex 308.1, Annex 401, Annex 403.1 and the Uniform Regulations for Chapter Four of the North American Free Trade Agreement.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, sous réserve de ratification, l = Échange de lettres constituant un Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada, le gouvernement des Etats-Unis du Mexique et le gouvernement des États-Unis d = Amérique rectifiant l = annexe 300-B,
l = annexe 308.1, l = annexe 401, l = annexe 403.1 et la Réglementation uniforme du chapitre quatre de l = Accord de libre-échange nord-américain.
