Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs:

(a) to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of South Africa regarding Mutual Assistance between their Customs Administrations; or

(b) to execute and issue an Instrument of Full Powers authorizing Stephen Rigby, President, Canada Border Services Agency, or Ruth Archibald, High Commissioner of Canada to the Republic of South Africa, to sign, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of South Africa regarding Mutual Assistance between their Customs Administrations.

Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci :

a) soit à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République d’Afrique du Sud concernant l’assistance mutuelle entre leurs administrations des douanes;

b) soit à signer et à délivrer un instrument de pleins pouvoirs autorisant Stephen Rigby, président, Agence des services frontaliers du Canada, ou Ruth Archibald, haut-commissaire du Canada auprès de la République d’Afrique du Sud, à signer, au nom du gouvernement du Canada, l’Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République d’Afrique du Sud concernant l’assistance mutuelle entre leurs administrations des douanes.
