Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to take the action necessary to bring into force for Canada the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic concerning Cooperation in the Field of Biological Security and Biological Safety.
Sur recommandation du ministre des Affaires étrangères, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil autorise celui-ci à prendre les mesures nécessaires à l’entrée en vigueur pour le Canada de l = Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de la République kirghize concernant la coopération en matière de biosûreté et de biosécurité.
