Whereas, pursuant to subsection 26(4) of the Broadcasting Act, the Minister of Canadian Heritage has consulted with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission with regard to the proposed Order Amending the Direction to the CRTC (Ineligibility to Hold Broadcasting Licences) (Miscellaneous Program);
Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Canadian Heritage, pursuant to subsection 26(1) of the Broadcasting Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending the Direction to the CRTC (Ineligibility to Hold Broadcasting Licences) (Miscellaneous Program).
Attendu que, conformément au paragraphe 26(4) de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, le ministre du Patrimoine canadien a consulté le Con seil de la radiodiffusion et des télécommunications canadiennes au sujet du projet de décret intitulé Décret correctif visant les Instructions au CRTC (Inadmissibilité aux licences de radiodiffusion),
À ces causes, sur recommandation du ministre du Patrimoine canadien et en vertu du paragraphe 26(1) de la Loi sur la radiodiffusion, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret correctif visant les Instructions au CRTC (Inadmissibilité aux licences de radiodiffusion), ci-après.
