Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereby authorizes the Minister of Foreign Affairs to ratify, on behalf of the Government of Canada, the Framework Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil for Cooperation on Science, Technology and Innovation.
