Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, considering that it is in the public interest to do so, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to subsection 23‍(2) of the Financial Administration Act, hereby remits to Lorie A. Poirier the amount of $4,779.‍25 representing a rebate of tax paid under Division II of Part IX of the Excise Tax Act in respect of the construction of a residential complex.

Sur recommandation du ministre du Revenu national et en vertu du paragraphe 23‍(2) de la Loi sur la gestion des finances publiques, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil, estimant que l’intérêt public le justifie, fait remise à Lorie A. Poirier de la somme de 4 779,25 $ au titre de la taxe payée en vertu de la section II de la partie IX de la Loi sur la taxe d’accise relativement à la construction d’un immeuble d’habitation.
