Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration and the Treasury Board, hereby makes the annexed Order Respecting Ex‍-‍Gratia Payments to Any Person or Entity that Should Receive those Payments on Behalf of a Deceased Person who was a Chinese Head Tax Payer or who was in a Conjugal Relationship with a Head Tax Payer.

Sur recommandation du ministre de la Citoyenneté et de l’Immigration et du Conseil du Trésor, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil prend le Décret concernant le versement de paiements à titre gracieux à des personnes ou entités qui devraient les recevoir pour le compte de personnes décédées qui ont payé une taxe d’entrée relative à l’immigration chinoise ou qui vivaient en union conjugale avec de telles personnes.
