   Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, pursuant to paragraph 14(1)(a) and subsection 14(2) of the Canada Marine Act, hereby appoints Jean Depelteau of Roxboro, Quebec, as a director of the Montréal Port Authority, to hold office for a term of three years, effective April 13, 2009.

   Sur recommandation du ministre des Transports et en vertu de l’alinéa 14(1)a) et du paragraphe 14(2) de la Loi maritime du Canada, Son Excellence la Gouverneure générale en conseil nomme Jean Depelteau, de Roxboro (Québec), administrateur de l’Administration portuaire de Montréal, pour un mandat de trois ans, à compter du 13 avril 2009.
